Royals vs. Twins Picks: Kansas City First 5 Innings ML (+105 at FanDuel)

This game is expected to be a close one. Lugo has been doing well lately, only allowing two runs or less in his last six starts and having a 47:8 K ratio over 41.1 innings. The Twins have struggled a bit against right-handed pitchers, so Lugo should be able to keep up his good form.

Ober, on the other hand, had a tough game against the Royals earlier this season, giving up eight runs. Although he has been solid in most of his recent starts, the Royals have been hitting well against right-handers. This might give them the edge in today's game.

 

 

 

Blue Jays vs. White Sox Picks: Toronto First 7 Innings O3.5 Total Runs (+100 at FanDuel)

Despite Manoah's recent struggles against Detroit, he had previously pitched two consecutive scoreless games, showing his potential. The main question is which version of Manoah will appear today. I am not very confident in the White Sox lineup, so it's hard to predict the outcome. 

However, I am more interested in Flexen pitching against the Blue Jays' hitters. The Jays have been performing well with a .375 wOBA in the past week, while Flexen has been struggling in his recent starts. It's confusing to see favorable odds for the Jays to score over 2.5 runs in the first five innings.

Instead, I will choose the even-money bet over seven innings, expecting the White Sox bullpen to struggle later in the game. Their recent performance has not been great, with a 5.53 ERA in the past week, making this a more favorable bet.
