Magic vs. Pacers Predictions, Picks & Odds: NBA Wednesday, 11/6
The Indiana Pacers host the Orlando Magic today in a match the Pacers are predicted to win. These teams are currently ranked seventh and eighth in the Eastern Conference, and most recently played each other on October 28th.
The Pacers were on the losing end of that match, but they currently enjoy a 5-point spread advantage.
Orlando Magic: If You’re Gone
The Orlando Magic had an excellent start to the season but have lost four in a row. Their leader and best player is also out for a significant amount of time. Paolo Banchero was off to an MVP level of play, but a torn right oblique will have him out for at least four more weeks.
He truly is the person their entire team revolved around, and it has been difficult finding a lineup to replace his productivity. The Magic need to win as many games as possible while Banchero is out to avoid going too far back in the standings. Banchero is gone, and the Magic are missing him.
The Indiana Pacers: Runnin’ Down A Dream
The Pacers are playing good basketball, but not great basketball. To their credit they have played 5 road games, to only 2 home games and perhaps that partially explains their 3-4 record. They are playing against a team that beat them, but a much different team without Banchero.
The Pacers have lofty expectations of advancing past the Eastern Conference Finals for the first time since 2000. It would be the franchises second time to an NBA Finals, and they are still seeking their first NBA title. Runnin’ Down a Dream and a chance to get to .500 today.

Magic vs. Pacers Predictions & Picks Today: Wednesday, 11/6
Pascal Siakam Over 20.5 Points (-120 on BetMGM)
Although the Pacers lost to the Orlando Magic, Pascal Siakam was able to score 26 points. He did that with Banchero on the floor and should easily go over 20.5 tonight against a less athletic front court.
Siakam is averaging 20.3 points this season but has over 21 points in three of his last four games. The players are well rested as the NBA gave all teams the day off yesterday, and points should be up across the NBA today.
Put a unit on Siakam to have a great scoring night against an injured Magic lineup.
Pacers Moneyline (-205 on DraftKings)
A simple bet on the Pacers to win at home for the reasons mentioned above. Ultimately the Pacers are a better team, and have a championship winning coach. It is not the best odds, but at near 2 for 1, it is still an acceptable bet.
Of course if you prefer you can put two units on it and receive one unit back, but the advice is to place one unit, and have two overall units in the match. If you are feeling lucky, put the moneyline with the Siakam prop in a same game parlay. The odds are at +146 and the return on investment would be higher.
